More Educational Courses

We have four quick updates for our community this week:

First, we have even more educational content now available online. All of our courses serve a general audience with an interest in sustainability, and some have also been approved for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for Washington lawyers. We offer several free courses and for those who are looking to dive deeper into a subject, we also have paid courses:

  • Health + Wellness Indoors - general audience

  • How to Make Your Home Office Work for You - general audience

  • Defining "Green" - general audience and 1.0 CLE (Law & Legal)

  • The Intersection of Insurance with Sustainable Design - general audience and 1.0 CLE (Law & Legal)

  • Greenwashing - regulatory issues and best practices - general audience and 1.0 CLE (Law & Legal)

Learn more about each of these courses by clicking the link below. All courses are supported by the interactive Teachable platform and for those who are really on the go (or juggling parental duties) there is also an app.

Second, we increased our suite of certifications to include EcoDistricts AP. If you are unfamiliar with the EcoDistricts program, you can learn more about it here.

Third, we continue to offer our support to those who are now working from home. In addition to the short article we created for the Greater Seattle Business Association, we will also be participating in a live Rapid Response event on May 5, 2020. We will leverage our WELL AP credential to help members improve their work from home spaces. You can learn more about this event, here.

Fourth, we will be a featured panelist during an upcoming webcast on the WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) experience. During this free event, attendees will learn:

  • How expertise in healthy building design can help you advance your career. Explore first-hand how leading experts in healthy design have leveraged the WELL AP credential to tap into new markets and expand their leadership in wellness.

  • Next steps for education and staying up to date with the latest wellness strategies.

  • Learn how to get started with the WELL AP credential, which denotes expertise in the WELL Building Standard and a commitment to advancing human health and wellness in buildings and communities.
